For Melissa Shoe’s 2nd Annual Pop-Up Shop at Venice Beach, I wanted to create an event that really captured the fun and creative vibes that is the Melissa Brand. The theme of the Dollhouse came from our host of the evening, Model and Influencer Brandon Cole Bailey (@itsreallyken). His personal brand of being the life size Ken Doll meshed perfectly with the theme and the over the top nature of the Melissa brand.
We rolled out the pink carpet for all the local Los Angeles influencers and stylists for a night of music, cocktails, and of course, shopping.
Popsugar Play/Ground is an annual event hosted by the media company POPSUGAR. It brings together wellness, fashion, and pop-culture for an interactive experience in a large festival setting. the 2-day extravaganza has live fitness classes hosted by popular fitness gurus, keynote speakers such as Chrissy Teigen, and Issa Rae. Also top brands from all over the country come together to create an insta-worthy shopping experience.
For the Melissa Shoes booth, I wanted to create a shopping experience that would generate some brand awareness and encourage social media engagement.
